Gate 17
Basic Package sleeps 12: $995/ night for three night minimum stay includes three Condos, and the Event Center. The large capacity 2000 sq ft Event Center is just a few steps from the Gateway Condos (2019 construction) and Vintage Bungalows (1906 construction) and across the alley from Daisy House and The Lake House. We have a large off street private parking lot with security lights and cameras. You can add an additional condo or bungalow to your basic package as necessary to reserve enough rooms/beds for your group (for up to 22 guests). You have 46 tables, 16 folding chairs and 16 rolling chairs in the event center for you creative space.
Lake House
Basic Package sleeps 4: $495/night for three night minimum stay features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, patio and more with eight adjustable tables, five rolling chairs, design walls and all the amenities you will need for a small quilting group getaway!
Daisy House
Basic Package sleeps 10: $795/night for three night minimum stay features five bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, commercial kitchen, big dining room and a large, well-lit sewing area with all amenities. You have off street parking lot, covered patio and the house is steps from both Gate 17 and the Lake House for a full community experience. You can add additional condos or bungalows to your basic package as necessary to reserve enough rooms/beds for your group; but you have 22 tables and only 10 rolling chairs.
Event Center
This event center was built and designed by a quilter and has all the necessary touches to make you feel at home. With a full commercial kitchen, coffee bar, scenic lake views through a wall of glass doors, patio overlooking the lake and plenty of design walls and the option of up to 40 tables with your Gate 17 package, this event center is unlike any other quilting facility.
