Basic Package sleeps 12: $995/ night for three night minimum stay includes three two bedroom/two bath Condos, and the Event Center. The large capacity 2000 sq ft Event Center is just a few steps from the Condos (2019 construction) and Vintage Bungalows (1906 construction) and across the alley from Daisy House and The Lake House. We have two large off street private parking lots with security lights and cameras. You can add an additional condo or bungalow to your basic package as necessary to reserve enough rooms/beds for you group. You have 40 tables, 16 folding chairs, 18 design walls and 16 rolling chairs in the event center for your creative space.
